The TYWLS Summer Bridge program is a one week orientation program for all new students. The majority of attendees are entering 6th and 9th graders.

 

Over the course of the week

• The girls become familiarized with TYWLS history and school culture

• They meet faculty and fellow TYWLS girls

• The girls go on a college trip

• The week culminates in a block party and BBQ

 

Student participants all report that the Summer Bridge helped them "start at TYWLS before they start at TYWLS."

Dates for Summer 2018:

August 27 - August 31 from 8:30 - 2:30.

The Refresher Day is on September 1st.

It is for incoming 6th graders and high school students from 8:30 to 12:00.
